  • Images submitted to the Halton Outdoor Club photo gallery may be used for club communications and promotional materials. The Halton Outdoor Club will not seek further permission or provide prior notification of such use.

    • To provide trip leaders with the necessary contact information for registrants on their event including emergency contact information. This information will not be shared with others and will remain confidential to the trip leader(s).

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting business, as long as they agree to keep the information confidential (such as Wild Apricot by Personify (membership management software used by Halton Outdoor Club), travel agencies).
