Are you new to winter sports? This event will provide members an overview of the various winter sports along with an opportunity to ask questions.


Registration is required and limited to 75 members. We suggest you bring a water bottle with you as no food or beverages will be available.


The following topics will be addressed:

Learn how day trips work: Cross country skiing and snowshoeing

  • Costs associated with the day trips, registration etc.
  • Coach bus pick up locations and timing
  • Extended trips for both cross country skiing and snowshoeing

Cross Country Skiing and Lessons

  • Beginner (level 1) cross country ski lessons
  • Ski Better Clinics (level 2, 3 & skate skiing)
  • Equipment
  • Appropriate clothing

Snowshoeing

  • Equipment
  • Appropriate clothing
  • Guided snowshoeing

Winter Hiking

  • Events Calendar and registration
  • Equipment
  • Footwear
  • Appropriate clothing
