CANCELLATION

• Not refundable unless Club fills from wait list. Deadline for cancellations is 4pm Nov. 2
• All cancellations must be done through the Club Manager at info@haltonoutdoorclub.ca

REGISTRATION OPENS

• Registration will open to Club members Sunday May 28 (a stroke past midnight on the night of May 27)
• Registration open to others June 11   

WHAT TO WEAR

• Dress-up event
• Business casual: Dresses/dress pants/blouse, suits/dress pants with shirt
