LOCATION 

• Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area
• 7200 Appleby Line, Milton
• 2 Part Registration:
• (1) Register and pay for meal only on Club site
• (2) Online registration with the park is required and you will pay your own entrance fee to the park. Register for the 11:00-3:00 time slot. If that is full, pick the closest available time slot.
• Look for HOC signs after you enter the park

• $22 per person for lunch only 
• Includes catered BBQ, menu includes:
  * burger, sausage, veggie burger or grilled chicken breast
  * condiments
  * 3 different salads
  * 1 of either pop, water or ice tea  
• 75 capacity limit (wait list)    

GENERAL DESCRIPTION 

• Mix and mingle with your fellow club members  
• Catered BBQ, no need to bring your own lunch. 
• Join in on the games and planned activities
• Even some live entertainment

Payment in full. No refund unless spot is filled from the waitlist.

All cancellations must be done through the club manager at info@haltonoutdoorclub.ca, NOT the trip leader

The club may cancel due to low registration or bad weather that may impact the safety of participants

• Bring a camp chair  
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing
• Sun hat, sun glasses
• Water bottle
