10 minimum – first come, first served with a maximum of 15
* 50% subsidy ($66.50) available based on successful course completion, and having met the following criteria in the 2023-2024 season for your sport:
Hikes: leading 4 or

Paddling: leading 2 or

Cycling: leading 3 or

Winter Sports: leading 1 event/trip

CANCELLATION

• If your plans change, please contact the Club Manager at info@haltonoutdoorclub.ca to cancel so that other HOC members may take your spot.
• The club may cancel due to low attendance or bad weather that may impact the safety of participants 
• Not refundable unless your spot can be filled from the wait list.
• Should the club cancel the event you will receive a full refund
